Well, I'm going to take a step in faith and do a selling blog... I'll be selling things that I redo or already have and also be making my prim, grungey, old looking samplers and maybe even some pennyrug mats:) Will see:)
This is the first item I have for sale, just got done with it, so take a walk over to the Tomatoe Creek General Store I know you will love it there:)
Here is a picture of what my samplers will be like, it's a free pattern that I changed a bit but for the life of me I can't remember where I saved it from, if anyone know's please let me know so I can list it here. I must of took a pic of this at least 10 times and it just seemed to pick up the light or me reflected in the glass so this is as good as I could get it:) This isn't for sale it's for a swap but I just wanted you to see that this is the type I'll be doing:)
One of the reasons I started a selling blog is so I can buy from the others on here , so much talent and I just drool but with the way things are I can't buy. If I do then I can't go out to buy and get out of the house for a while, I think you know where I'm coming from so I do want to purchase from others and support them.
Have a wonderful Tuesday and thanks for all the great comments that you leave, I just love them:)
I wish you all the best on your new venture!

Rondell,
ReplyDeleteI had already been looking around over there! I think you'll do well! I know I visit often, but like you I'm going to have to make some money so I can spend some! It seems our wood pieces on Etsy were a little large making shipping expensive. I hope to come up with something more cost effective to sell in my Etsy. We'll see in time. Good luck on you store!
Tammy
Good luck to you!! I just opened a selling blog too and am having a blast with it! I had a web site prior to this, but couldn't afford it anymore so I decided to try out a selling blog!
