I really can't believe it's been 34 years since I gave birth to him, Michale Patrick is what I named him...Michael after my dad and Patrick because he was born on that day. I can still see him looking up at me minutes after he was born...those big, brown eyes that are so like mine. Such a sweet, helpful soul he has...he asks for nothing and would rather do it himself!
I called him early this morning to wish him a happy birthday before he left to teach history, that's one thing we are alike in, we both love books and history:) He will be home for Easter and I can't wait to hug and kiss him like that day 34 years ago!
