It's a rainy one here today and has been raining since I woke up this morning:)
A good day to stay in and get somethings done that I've been putting off.
I was poking around in my hoosier cupboard and found these that I stashed in there .
I didn't get to the glass jar yet but did get all the candles finished so... here they are, I just used mode podge and cinnamon and pie spice and I let them dry and put them here...

ReplyDeleteYou must be getting the weather that we have had for the past several days. The sun finally came out today and it was nice to see the rain leave. And I love rainy days, but enough was enough! LOL!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I LIKE HOW THOSE TURNED OUT. iINEVER THOUGHT TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!

ReplyDeleteCandlelight on a rainy day is a sure mood-lifter!
ReplyDeleteI really like those egg arrangements you made.
Your candles turned out really good all grunged. I like the one on the suit cases that looks really good there.

Never thought of using modge podge, thanks for the great tip. I love how your candles turned out. It's been raining here all day too - it scares the customers away! Have a great weekend. Dawn

I love the lights! I agree with you about the last tea light, I like it where you put it last! I am going to try grunging some electric lights. Thanks for sharing with us! ♥
ReplyDeleteLove the prim candles and how you displayed them. I found some beige taper candles that I want to prim up...and I love the fact that they are already a prim color. I can't wait to see how they turn out when I put the spices on them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.

Happy Saturday. Did you get the verse I sent you on your e-mail? I'll check when I get home on Monday to see if you received it or not. Have a great weekend! Dawn
ReplyDeleteHey Rondell make me an offer...:)love what you did and where you put your candles...love those suitcases...;)
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that I don't have a food processor either. I just chopped mine up in my blender and it worked just fine... you just don't want to grind them very long at all or it will turn the oats into powder and you want them to be somewhat noticeable in the soap balls.
ReplyDeleteGood luck if you try it out!!
Love how the candles turned out Rondell. I have some that I need to do too.
ReplyDeleteYesterday was so windy and cold, but today the sun was out and got up to 60.
I love those grunged eggs!
Hope the rest of your weekend is a great one!
Terry
