~This Is So Prim and Two Giveaways~

Look what Mary from Getteysburg Homestead sent when I had won her giveaway:0 I had a little bit of trouble getting it, it was delivered to the wrong house and instead of bringing it up the road she wrote on it "Delivered to wrong house" in black magic marker and set back out on the ground by her mailbox post where it sat in all the rain yesterday! This always happens if Earl isn't on our route, Earl always brings it up the road and leaves packages on the front porch. Thank goodness Mary had everything in a Country plastic bag, as you can see nothing was wet but the box sure was soaked! When I did open the box it was like opening a door to a country store it sure smelled wonderful. The sheep I put by my jug lamp and the blackrasberry soap is in the bathroom:) Thanks Mary I just love everything...Oh, and the towel I have hanging in my entryway. This is a giveaway that you don't want to miss! Tammy from Country Girl at Home and her husband made this table bench and also the blocks plus you get all the cute extras, so stop over and enter...I see she has alot of entries so if your a newbie hurry if you haven't entered yet:)

Raggedy Angel is also having a giveaway in honor of her birthday and her 50th post! This is so Halloween isn't it? I love it, she will be drawing a name on Monday the 13th so hurry on over...she has also included pictures of the prim shop that she has!
We are having beautiful weather here and supposed to have it all next week I guess it's called Indian Summer high in the 70's wonderful weather!

  8. Great goodies from Mary! You have been mighty lucky with the giveaways :)

What is wrong with people? I mean, your neighbor obviously knew how to find your house...why not just take the package to you? If I get my neighbors mail, I either take it to them or toss it in their mailbox. It only takes a few moments to do that and it's the right thing to do! A few times we didn't get our water bills and almost had it shut off and I almost lost my health insurance because I didn't respond to something that was sent to me....all because they didn't make into my box and whomever got it didn't care! I think it's my neighbor because our addresses are similar and his last name was my maiden name. I called the post office and complained and made sure they started paying better attention because I wasn't all too happy.....

    Have a great weekend :)
