~Our 4th~

This was our 4th of July...just lazing on the Monongahela River. We went on our friends boat, this picture is of the other boat we went with, it takes close to an hour to get to Fredricktown on these type of boats plus we have to go thur the locks, kinda creepy to me but it goes by fast:) This is our boat and two other boats tied together so that we can watch the fireworks from out in the middle of the river.
I took this picture so you could see all the other boats coming to watch too!

I never knew it was so hard to take pics of fireworks.lol

This is the flag on the back of our boat that we were on, seemed like all the boats there had one too!

This is Buster...our buddy and I guess our baby since our kids are all grown up. He was a year old in April and is so layed back, the only thing he wants to do is play, sleep and ride with Stush in his car or truck. We always take him with us to the docks because he loves to swim in the river , play with the kids and chase the ducks, we had to take him home though because of the fireworks they were making him jump everytime they went off, we couldn't have asked for a nicer dog:) We had a good time and got home around midnight, it's beautiful coming home on the river at night!

  2. I always thought it would be fun to watch the fireworks from a boat. My dog barked through the fireworks that people were setting off near my house too. What a cute dog but I have a soft spot for dogs though.

  3. Rondell,

I could just imagine being there with you on the boat! And I love your flag on the boat!

We usually go with friends to Heber on their pontoon and haven't been this year yet. I hope we get to go! It's so much fun! Joy has fun jumping off the cliffs into the water!

Glad you had a great 4th!
